My name is Seth Glick and as a Certified Inspector in good standing with the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors I am your advocate. Buying a home is probably the biggest investment decision you'll ever make. And its a decision that will have an impact on your life for years to come. The process can be extremely stressful. And of course, there is always the possibility of  considerable hidden or otherwise unknown risk when making such a large purchase decision. A professional visual inspection will significantly reduce your risk and help make the entire home buying process less stressful. Customer service is my highest priority. My goal is to provide you with quality, professional home inspection. When you hire Foresight Home Inspection you are hiring an independent home inspector. You'll get an unbiased, objective, thorough property evaluation from a company that is locally owned and operated. Narrative written reports are easy to understand and are sent to you via e-mail. In your report there will also be digital pictures of items needing repair (sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words).

My Promise to You: Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. You've probably been referred to me by, a friend, or one of my former clients. Unlike most professions, you will probably not get to meet me until after you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying reporting methods and pricing. One thing is for sure a home examination requires a lot of work. Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector's own effort. Competitors inspections usually last 1.5 to 2 hours. Mine usually last for 3 hours and up. If you permit me to inspect your new home I guarantee that I will give you my best effort. I promise you'll get an objective report with integrity.

Foresight will provide you with a certified home inspection and a detailed report. All of my inspection reports meet the Standards of Practice for the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). Problems and conditions identified during the investigation will be explained in the report, in plain english. I will be happy to answer all of your questions, during the visual assessment and anytime thereafter, for as long as you own the home.

I will inspect your prospective home in a methodical manner treating it as though it were my investment. I will educate you on its features in order to help you understand your property. I will assess and evaluate those areas where upgrades or replacements may be necessary and look for costly construction defects and safety issues that could lead to problems in the future. You'll have ample opportunity to ask questions while we examine the home.  Being educated and informed on the components of your prospective home will make your buying decision easier.
